Feeling like giving up on studying? You're not alone. Stress, burnout, and pressure can hit anyone. But instead of quitting, try these simple strategies. First, take a short break-walk, hydrate, stretch. Then, remind yourself why you started-think about your dreams and goals. Don’t try to tackle everything at once. Instead, break your work into small tasks to feel a sense of progress.

If it feels too much, talk to someone you trust-a friend or mentor. Also, change your environment—sometimes a new space refreshes your brain. Try the Pomodoro technique-study for 25 minutes, take a 5-minute break. It keeps burnout at bay.

Celebrate small wins, write down what you're feeling, and focus only on today-not past failures. And remember, it's okay to struggle. Studying isn’t a sprint; it's a journey. Every step, no matter how small, brings you closer to your goal. You’ve got this!
