The monsoon season brings refreshing rains but also health challenges for students.
To stay safe, always carry an umbrella or raincoat and wear non-slippery shoes to avoid accidents.
Wash hands and feet thoroughly after outdoor activities to prevent infections, as damp environments foster germs.
Avoid street food and consume freshly cooked meals to steer clear of waterborne diseases like typhoid. Drink boiled, filtered water to stay hydrated and flush out toxins.
Opt for loose, cotton clothing to prevent fungal infections, ensuring rain gear is clean and dry. Avoid playing in puddles, which breed mosquitoes and spread diseases like dengue.
Instead, enjoy indoor games like chess or carrom during heavy rains. Boost immunity with leafy greens, citrus fruits, and yogurt. These simple precautions ensure a healthy, enjoyable monsoon for students
