This 7-Step night routine may be the secret to ageless skin

Maintaining a youthful complexion requires more than just daytime care; your nighttime skincare routine plays a crucial role in preventing wrinkles and fine lines. Incorporating these seven habits into your evening regimen can significantly delay the signs of aging.

 

Double Cleanse: Begin with an oil-based cleanser to remove makeup and sunscreen, followed by a gentle water-based cleanser to eliminate impurities. This ensures your pores are clean and ready to absorb nutrients.

 

Use a Retinol or Retinoid: These powerful ingredients boost collagen production and increase cell turnover, reducing fine lines. Start by applying them 2-3 times a week to build skin tolerance.

 

Apply a Hydrating Serum: A hyaluronic acid serum attracts moisture, plumping the skin and reducing the appearance of fine lines, keeping your skin supple.
