BJMC's foundation day turns tearful after Ahmedabad plane crash claims MBBS Students' lives!

What was meant to be a day of pride and celebration turned into one of sorrow and remembrance at B.J. Medical College (BJMC), Ahmedabad, as the campus grappled with the loss of its students in the recent tragic plane crash. The foundation day event, usually marked by cheer and unity, was held under a sombre cloud of grief.

Four MBBS students were among the victims of the ill-fated private plane that crashed during a training flight. As news broke, the campus atmosphere shifted dramatically - celebrations were cancelled, and a quiet memorial was held instead. Faculty members and students stood in solidarity, offering prayers and emotional support to the victims’ families.

Several students shared that this tragedy has left a deep scar on the institution’s heart. "We’ve lost not just classmates, but bright futures and dear friends," one student said. As investigations continue, BJMC and its extended family are focusing on healing and honoring the lives lost.
