DDA's new premium flats are here - 177 homes up for grab across Delhi!

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has launched its Premium Housing Scheme 2025, offering 177 residential flats and 67 garages across locations including Vasant Kunj, Dwarka, Rohini, and Jasola. The units will be allotted through e-auction, covering HIG, MIG, and LIG categories.

In significant policy reforms approved by Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena, DDA reduced amalgamation charges for commercial properties from 10% to 1% of circle rate and lowered the multiplication factor for commercial auctions from twice to 1.5 times the circle rate.

These changes aim to reverse the exodus of commercial developments to Noida and Gurgaon, making Delhi more competitive within the National Capital Region and promoting investment under the government's ease of doing business initiative.
