Fat-loss coach Fasih Hashmi revealed how he lost 20 kg in just four months using a simple treadmill routine that anyone can do even with a busy schedule and without intense workouts.
His strategy involved walking on a treadmill with varying inclines and speeds over a 30-minute session. By alternating between steeper and gentler slopes, and maintaining a calorie-deficit diet, he triggered fat-burning heart rate zones without putting stress on his knees. Each extra incline level helped him burn up to 4 % more calories.
This routine requires only half an hour, making it a great option for daily exercise without overwhelming time commitments. Hashmi noted that the plan helped him stay lean through consistent, low-impact cardio part of a wider system that transformed his body during a “cutting” phase. It shows how small, smart adjustments can add up to big fitness results over time.
