Finally! you can now disable YouTube Shorts completely!

Endless scrolling on YouTube Shorts might finally have a solution. YouTube has introduced a feature that allows users to effectively disable Shorts—without deleting the app.

This update comes as part of YouTube’s time management tools, helping users take better control of their screen time. Instead of just limiting usage, you can now set your Shorts viewing time to zero minutes, which stops Shorts from appearing in your feed.

Once activated, the Shorts section becomes inactive and may even disappear from your home screen. Instead, you’ll see a message showing you’ve reached your limit.

This is especially useful for those trying to avoid mindless scrolling or stay more productive. With short-form content becoming highly addictive, this feature gives users a simple way to break the habit.

In simple terms, you can now use YouTube without getting trapped in endless scrolling loops.
