Gen Z is now taking EMIs… but for therapy, not iPhones!

Gen Z is changing the game. For them, therapy is not a luxury-it’s a life essential, and now, they’re even paying for it in EMIs. Instead of spending money on fancy gadgets or shopping, they’re choosing to invest in mental peace.

Earlier, therapy was considered a last option. But today’s youth-who face exam stress, job struggles, and social media pressure-see therapy as something they truly need. Taking therapy on EMI feels just like paying for Netflix or a gym membership. But this one helps your mind heal and grow.

Jitin Bhasin, CEO of SaveIN, says Gen Z wants emotional clarity and personal growth, not just material things. They are okay using a decent phone if it means they can afford therapy.

This shift also shows Gen Z’s mindset-they believe in a “soft life”, where peace matters more than pressure or hustle. Therapy fits perfectly into this lifestyle.

In short, Gen Z isn’t afraid to spend on what really matters. And for them, mental health is the best investment they can make.
