When her diagnosis of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) in 2018 left her grappling with mood swings, fatigue and digestive trouble, 27-year-old entrepreneur Harshita Joshi set out to change the narrative—not just for herself, but for many others. At 25, she left a stable career in IT and embarked on a mission to build a food brand that could truly support hormonal and gut health.
The result: Jogurt, a high-protein Greek yoghurt made from A2 milk and free from preservatives, refined sugar or stabilisers. With over 11 flavours, each cup delivers around 15 g of protein per 100 g and uses monk-fruit as a natural sweetener. Her commitment to quality meant slower early growth, but by her best months she was generating revenues of around ₹5-6 lakh and selling thousands of cups monthly.
Beyond profits, Joshi’s vision is rooted in wellness and transparency - educating consumers about what’s in their food, championing digestible A2 milk and supporting local jobs. Her journey shows how personal challenge can transform into a purpose-driven business.
