After a hectic week of work, your skin craves some extra love-and weekends are perfect for that! Dr. Divya Sharma, a renowned dermatologist in Bangalore, recommends a luxurious weekend skincare routine to reset your glow before Monday hits.
Start with facial cleansing using a mild cleanser followed by cleansing milk to let your skin breathe.
Then, exfoliate gently to remove dead cells and blackheads.
Open up your pores with face steaming for a deeper cleanse and smoother skin. Focus on your nose area with a light scrub to tackle oily pores and blackheads.
Apply a clay mask to detoxify and calm acne-prone skin. Don’t forget your lips-lip scrubbing followed by moisturizing is a must! Use a serum for hydration and repair, and apply a light eye cream to reduce puffiness and fine lines.
Seal everything in with a moisturizer, and end with a gentle massage using face oil and a jade roller. It’s not just skincare-it’s self-care!
