For a rare few-day window, Raj Bhavan in Bengaluru the governor’s stately official residence perched atop High Grounds will open its doors to the public. This 19th-century colonial-era mansion, constructed between 1840 and 1842 by Sir Mark Cubbon, is typically off-limits to ordinary visitors.
