The doors of Kedarnath Dham will open on May 2, 2025, marking the start of the Char Dham Yatra.
The Panchmukhi idol of Baba Kedarnath began its Doli Yatra on April 28 from Ukhimath, and after a 4-day journey, it will reach Kedarnath on May 1
This year, the temple will introduce a new token system to streamline the darshan process. Devotees no longer have to wait for hours in long queues. With the new system, 1400 pilgrims will be allowed to visit the temple every hour, ensuring a smooth and organized experience.
Tokens will be distributed at Sangam, and devotees will join the queue 15 minutes before their designated slot.
The token system aims to make the pilgrimage more comfortable, with devotees enjoying timely access to the temple.
The doors will open at 7 AM, welcoming devotees for six months of darshan.
