She revealed how Rocky shaved his head in solidarity when she lost her hair and started growing it only when hers did.
In her heartfelt post, Hina wrote, "To the man who says ‘I got you' and never lets go, even when life gives him a hundred reasons to. Rocky, you've been my strength."
The couple has faced numerous challenges, from battling health issues during the pandemic to grieving the loss of their fathers. Hina shared how Rocky stayed with her during COVID-19, wearing three masks daily to ensure her safety.
It was during this moment that Rocky remained unmoving and unshakeable throughout her cancer diagnosis. "He left everything to care for me. From breaking the news gently to researching the best treatments and staying by my side during chemo and radiation- he's done it all," she wrote.
Hina called him her "guiding light," describing how he created a shield of protection around her, helping her navigate this tough phase. "You've taught me to love myself and made life easier to breathe. Thank you for everything, Rocky," she concluded.
The post comes at a time when actor Rozlyn Khan had criticized Hina for using cancer for publicity. But Hina's touching words have clearly highlighted the deep bond she shares with Rocky.
