Korean beauty, or K-beauty, is no longer just an online trend - it’s a global skincare revolution. From affordable sheet masks to cutting-edge serums, Korean brands are transforming how people in India and the US care for their skin.
In the US, retail giants like Ulta, Walmart, and Target are expanding their K-beauty sections, adding brands like Neogen, VT Cosmetics, and Rom&nd. Ulta now stocks 13 new Korean brands, and Gen Z customers can’t get enough. Even Warren Buffett's firm invested in Ulta, showing how big this trend has become.
In India, K-beauty is equally popular, especially among youth drawn to natural ingredients, affordable prices, and viral TikTok hacks. With similar skincare goals - glow, hydration, and minimalism - Indian users are finding K-beauty products a perfect match.
Despite upcoming tariffs in the US, Korean brands are going global by setting up local factories - showing serious commitment.
