  • Final 21 Days: Limit emotional dependencies like smoking, alcohol, and excessive caffeine.

This approach avoids extreme restrictions and builds a sustainable fitness mindset. According to Bhateja, by the 63rd day, most people feel driven and self-motivated, without needing any external push.
