The rainy season brings humidity and moisture that can damage your hair, making it frizzy, weak, and prone to hair fall.

Follow these easy tips to protect your hair during monsoon:

  1. Wash Regularly: Clean your hair 2-3 times a week with a gentle, sulfate-free shampoo. This removes dirt, oil, and pollution without drying your hair.

  2. Use Conditioner: Always apply conditioner to the middle and ends of your hair after shampooing. Use a deep-conditioning mask once a week for extra care.

  3. Dry Gently: Use a soft towel or a cotton T-shirt to dry your hair. Avoid using hair dryers or straighteners, as wet hair is more fragile.

  4. Protect from Rain: Cover your hair when you step out. If it gets wet in the rain, rinse it with clean water to remove any dirt or pollutants.

  5. Oil and Eat Well: Apply light oils like coconut or argan oil before washing your hair. Eat a balanced diet rich in proteins, iron, vitamins, and drink plenty of water for strong, healthy hair.
