Stop weighing yourself wrong! Here's when to check your weight!

Many of us often get tempted to check our weight, especially when we are on a fitness journey. However, frequent weighing at the wrong times can lead to frustration and discourage progress. Fitness coach Ashley DiGiacomo Schwartz recently shared crucial insights on Instagram about the worst times to weigh yourself.
According to Ashley, the worst times to step on the scale include after a workout, following a large meal, during your period, just before bed, or after a high-carb or high-sodium meal. These factors can cause fluctuations in your weight, primarily due to water retention or food intake, not fat loss or gain.
The ideal time to weigh yourself is first thing in the morning, after using the bathroom, and completely naked. For accuracy, weigh yourself once a week, ideally in the middle of the week, to avoid weekend food effects.
