Meet Mehak, UP Board Topper Who's Father Sells Tea!

Mehak Jaiswal, an 18-year-old from Kanehti village in Prayagraj, has topped the UP Board Class 12 exam, scoring 485/500. Despite financial hardships, the daughter of a tea stall owner, Shiv Prasad Jaiswal, followed a disciplined study schedule, dedicating 9-10 hours daily. Mehak, the third of four siblings, aspires to become a cardiologist. Her eldest sister, Ayushi, ranked fourth in the same exam in 2018. Studying at Bachcha Ram Yadav Inter College, Mehak's fees were waived due to her academic excellence.
Scoring 99 in Physics and Biology, 98 in Chemistry, and 95 in Hindi and English, she credits self-confidence and determination. Her success has brought pride to her village, with locals celebrating her achievement. Mehak's story highlights resilience and ambition, inspiring others from modest backgrounds to pursue their dreams relentlessly.
