Amar and Sahiba, parents of two teenage boys, discovered early the joys and challenges of parenting—from holding their newborns to facing mealtime meltdowns. Concerned by poor dietary habits and rising micronutrient deficiencies (affecting 80% of Indians), they envisioned a solution to make nutrition effortless and effective for every household.
Inspired by Indian moms who creatively “smuggle” nutrition into daily meals—like adding ghee or grinding veggies into curries—they launched Good Monk, a secret nutrition mix that fills dietary gaps without compromising taste.
Their mission: Make Nutrition Easy.
Good Monk products are developed with inputs from global nutrition and wellness experts. The brand also offers a service ecosystem helping families understand nutrition basics, identify their nutritional gaps, and make smarter food choices. Their goal is nutritional transparency and to defeat Hidden Hunger, one meal at a time.
Good Monk isn’t just a product—it’s a movement for healthier homes and happier families.
