Modi explained he chose to remain in Odisha to participate in the one-year anniversary celebrations of the BJP’s state government and visit the “land of Mahaprabhu,” referencing Lord Jagannath’s sacred legacy.
In Bhubaneswar, the Prime Minister launched 105 infrastructure initiatives valued at ₹18,600 crore, spanning drinking water, irrigation, transport, healthcare, and bridges. He also introduced the Odisha Vision Document, laying out the state’s strategic development agenda.
