RGSSH is looking to strengthen its academic and clinical leadership through the appointment of Professors, Associate Professors, and Assistant Professors. These positions are critical for the hospital’s mission to provide advanced tertiary care and conduct high-impact medical research in the heart of East Delhi (Taharpur).

Vacancy Breakdown & Departments

The 43 posts are distributed across several specialized wings:

• Super-Specialities: Cardiology, Cardiac Surgery, Gastroenterology, GI Surgery, Nephrology, and Urology.

• Support Specialities: Anaesthesia, Radiology, Microbiology, and Pathology.

• Emergency & Critical Care: Dedicated faculty for the trauma and ICU divisions.

Eligibility & Selection Criteria

• Academic Qualification: A post-graduate degree (MD/MS) in the concerned speciality and a super-speciality degree (DM/M.Ch) for relevant departments, recognized by the National Medical Commission (NMC).

• Experience: * Professor: Minimum 8 years of post-PG teaching/research experience.

• Associate Professor: Minimum 5 years of experience.

• Assistant Professor: Minimum 3 years of experience.

• Selection Process: Shortlisted candidates will be called for a formal interview by a selection committee. Academic publications and research contributions will carry significant weightage.
