Avoid these Fruits if you have a Sensitive Stomach!

Fruits are often seen as the healthiest part of any diet-but did you know not all fruits are great for your gut? While they are loaded with fiber, vitamins, and antioxidants, some can actually disturb your digestion if eaten the wrong way or at the wrong time.

According to Deepalakshmi, a registered dietitian at Shree Balaji Medical Centre, papaya is one of the best fruits to eat on an empty stomach. It helps regulate bowel movements and preps your digestive system for the day. Bananas, apples, and berries are also gut-friendly and support healthy gut bacteria.

But beware! Citrus fruits like oranges or pineapples can irritate the stomach lining if consumed on an empty stomach. Watermelons too, though refreshing, can slow digestion when paired with other food.

The key is timing and quantity. Eating the right fruit at the right time can transform your digestion. Choose wisely to avoid bloating, acidity, or discomfort!
