Best Time for Lunch? Experts Ki Advice Jo Rakhegi Aapko Full Day Full!

Maintaining a structured meal routine is essential to curb unhealthy snacking and ensure sustained energy throughout the day. Nutritionists stress that lunch should ideally be consumed four to five hours after breakfast, meaning if breakfast is at 8 AM, lunchtime should be around 12-1 PM.

Dietitian Lena Bakovic highlights that eating too early may lead to increased hunger before dinner, triggering unhealthy snacking. Conversely, delaying lunch too much might cause meal skipping, leading to late-night cravings. Registered dietitian Audra Wilson suggests planning meals at regular intervals to maintain satiety and avoid overeating.

If sticking to a fixed lunch schedule isn’t feasible, incorporating a nutritious snack between meals can help manage hunger levels. Experts also recommend listening to hunger cues rather than strictly following the clock, as individual dietary needs vary.

By ensuring balanced meal timings, people can avoid energy crashes and impulsive eating. The key takeaway is to establish a routine that aligns with one’s daily schedule, helping maintain overall well-being and better dietary habits.
