ENG vs IND: Nitish Reddy strikes twice as England stumble to 83/2 at Lord's!

The third Test between India and England at Lord’s kicked off with a tense first session as debutant Nitish Reddy delivered a game-changing double strike, pushing England to 83/2 at lunch. After England captain Ben Stokes won the toss and chose to bat, Indian pacers Jasprit Bumrah, Mohammed Siraj, and Akash Deep kept the pressure high, though England openers Ben Duckett (23 off 40) and Zak Crawley (18 off 43) managed to survive the initial storm, putting on 39 runs in 13 overs.

It was Reddy who eventually broke the opening stand and then followed it up with a second crucial wicket, instantly making a mark in his first appearance at Lord’s. His spell not only slowed England’s momentum but also brought India firmly into the contest after a steady English start.

India’s bowling attack looks sharp and balanced, and with Reddy stepping up on debut, Day 1 promises more drama in this high-stakes clash of the Anderson-Tendulkar Trophy.
