India’s small and medium manufacturers have long struggled under fragmented supply chains, inconsistent procurement, and tight cash flows leaving idle machines in capable factories. Enter Rawmart, a Pune-based startup launched in 2021 that’s turning the tide. In just three years, it has delivered more than one million steel parts with near-zero rejection rates, a rare feat in Indian manufacturing.
Founded on the principle that the real problem lies not with SME owners but with broken systems, Rawmart offers more than raw materials. It provides credit, technology, and production support, enabling small units to convert idle capacity into profit and scale efficiently. This holistic ecosystem bridges gaps in supply, finance, and innovation powering SMEs to compete at global standards while offering large enterprises streamlined sourcing.
Looking ahead, Rawmart is aiming beyond Indian borders, eyeing Asia and Europe, and forging long-term partnerships with MNCs and large enterprises to deliver end-to-end manufacturing and supply-chain solutions.
