First iPhone? Beware of these hidden frustrations Android users face…!

If you’ve been a long-time Android user, switching to your first iPhone may feel exciting-but also a little frustrating. Even though Android and iOS have become more similar over the years, there are several hidden quirks Android users often notice.

First, apps like WhatsApp Web and Truecaller don’t work as smoothly. Messages may appear unread or disappear, and unknown calls might not get flagged. App links in browsers also behave differently, sometimes forcing you to restart the app.

Connectivity with Windows PCs can be tricky too. Transferring files requires iTunes, and seamless wireless sync isn’t as reliable. Google apps take a back seat, and some subscriptions cost more on iOS.

Other surprises include no call recording, no direct cellular video calls to Android users, and simpler volume controls. The iPhone file system is stricter, limiting easy file access and sharing. Customization options are fewer, and Apple Pay can make small purchases unnecessarily complicated.

Despite these hiccups, iOS is consistent and reliable. Android users just need patience and a few adjustments to enjoy the iPhone experience fully.
