Infosys Techie Held for Filming Women in Office Washroom!

In a deeply disturbing case, an Infosys employee has been arrested in Bengaluru for secretly recording videos of female colleagues in the office washroom. The incident occurred at the company’s Electronic City campus, where the accused, a 30-year-old techie named Syed Asif Ali, planted a phone in the women’s washroom to capture footage without consent.

The shocking incident came to light when a female employee discovered the hidden phone. Upon reporting it, Infosys and police swiftly intervened. A forensic analysis of the phone revealed over 30 inappropriate videos of women recorded in the same location. Authorities arrested the accused, who is now facing legal action under sections of voyeurism and breach of privacy.

Infosys confirmed the incident and stated that the employee has been terminated with immediate effect. The company is cooperating fully with the police and reaffirmed its commitment to maintaining a safe and respectful workplace.

This case has sparked outrage and raised serious concerns about internal security and employee safety within corporate campuses.
