The incident occurred at the company’s Electronic City campus, where the accused, a 30-year-old techie named Syed Asif Ali, planted a phone in the women’s washroom to capture footage without consent.

The shocking incident came to light when a female employee discovered the hidden phone. Upon reporting it, Infosys and police swiftly intervened. A forensic analysis of the phone revealed over 30 inappropriate videos of women recorded in the same location.
