Mango lovers, rejoice! The mango season may be ending, but that doesn’t mean you have to wait a whole year to enjoy your favorite fruit. With a few simple tricks, you can store mangoes and savor their taste anytime you want.

Method 1: Store mango pulp
Peel ripe mangoes, remove the seed, and blend the pulp in a mixer. Pour the pulp into a glass jar or bottle and freeze it. Use this for mango shakes, ice creams, or desserts any time of the year.

Method 2: Freeze mango pieces
Cut peeled mangoes into thick slices, sprinkle sugar powder on them, and freeze for 3 hours. Then transfer the frozen slices into zip-lock bags or airtight containers. Perfect for direct use in recipes.

Method 3: Make mango ice cubes
Blend the pulp and pour it into ice trays. Once frozen, store the mango cubes in a zip-lock bag. These are easy to use for quick recipes.

These three techniques ensure that mango season never truly ends in your kitchen!
