In a heartfelt moment during the latest episode of Bigg Boss Season 18, actor Karan Veer Mehra opened up about the late Sushant Singh Rajput while chatting with a senior journalist. Mehra expressed his deep gratitude to Rajput for supporting him during a challenging phase of his life when he was battling alcoholism and facing career struggles.
Recounting their first meeting in 2014 at Ankita Lokhande's house, Mehra shared insights into Sushant’s driven and methodical nature. “Sushant, being an engineering student, always had his goals and priorities straight,” Mehra revealed. “He planned his life precisely, often outlining where he saw himself in the next five years, and encouraged his peers to adopt a similar approach.”
When asked about if Sushant needed help before his sudden death, he denied and expressed grief saying that his death came as a full-blown shocker not just to him but also to Mehra’s family as he used to spend ample amount of time with them.
Mehra further reminisced about Sushant’s aspirations, sharing how the late actor maintained a diary where he listed 12 directors he aspired to work with. Remarkably, by 2010, Sushant had already collaborated with 6 to 8 of them, underscoring his dedication and focus.
Calling Sushant a 'sorted guy,' Mehra's revelations offered a poignant glimpse into the life of a star whose methodical approach to both career and life left a lasting impression on those who knew him.
