A shocking road rage incident shook Noida’s Sector 53 when a young man was deliberately hit by a speeding Mahindra Thar SUV following an Instagram feud. The horrifying act was caught on CCTV and mobile footage, which quickly went viral, sparking massive outrage online.
Police reports confirm that the altercation began due to a social media argument between two known individuals. Eyewitnesses say the heated argument escalated quickly, leading the SUV driver to accelerate and ram the victim, throwing him into a roadside drain.
The victim was seriously injured, while the driver fled the scene. A case has been registered under serious charges including rash driving and criminal intimidation.
A Special Investigation Team (SIT) has been formed to nab the absconding accused. The incident has triggered concerns over rising youth aggression and the dangerous spillover of online feuds into real-life violence.
