In a world overwhelmed by climate crises, Sustainability Mafia is helping young Indians take action. This unique community connects students, innovators, and entrepreneurs to build real startups focused on solving local environmental problems.
Take Vaibhav Sai, for example. He had an idea to detect water pollution using living cells, but didn’t know how to start a business. That’s where Sustainability Mafia stepped in - offering mentorship, startup workshops, and real-world guidance. Today, his startup, Diagnobacs, is tackling water and food contamination.
What started as a support group in 2020 has grown into a national movement. From Tier-2 cities to global stages, Sustainability Mafia is guiding 600+ young innovators across India. Their programs like Climate Ninja and Corporado help founders get funding, build products, and meet key partners - without giving up ownership.
More than 25 startups have already launched, raising over ₹73 lakh in non-dilutive grants and creating jobs. As climate urgency grows, this isn’t just another startup accelerator - it’s a climate revolution in action, powered by purpose, passion, and collaboration.
