For years, Usha Shrotiya was known simply as a homemaker. But one small comment from her son changed everything. He couldn’t carry her homemade laddoos to work - they were too fragile.
Instead of feeling hurt, she took it as a challenge. After nearly 80 failed attempts, she successfully transformed traditional laddoos into healthy, travel-friendly laddu bars. That idea became Mama Nourish in 2024.
What started in her kitchen is now stocked in over 150 corporate offices including Google, Meta, Netflix, IKEA, and Axis Bank. The brand even placed vending machines in airports.
Her mission is simple - preserve grandmother’s recipes with a modern twist. Using millets, dry fruits, fenugreek, and dates, she turned nostalgia into nutrition.
Today, after selling over one lakh units, Usha proves one powerful truth: dreams don’t expire with age. Sometimes, they just wait for the right moment.
