After T20 history, India Women look to dominate ODI Series!

After scripting a historic T20I series victory, Team India Women are set to take on England Women in a high-stakes ODI series. The Women in Blue created history by clinching their first-ever T20I series against England, sealing the five-match series 3-2, thanks to stellar performances from Shafali Verma, Renuka Singh, and captain Harmanpreet Kaur.

The upcoming ODI leg is expected to test India’s adaptability in longer formats, with focus on experienced campaigners like Smriti Mandhana, Deepti Sharma, and young sensation Jemimah Rodrigues. India’s recent T20 success has injected new energy and confidence into the squad, and they will aim to replicate that momentum to build toward the Women’s World Cup 2026.

England, still reeling from the unexpected T20 defeat, will be desperate to bounce back, making this ODI series a battle of nerves and form. With both teams boasting depth and talent, fans can expect a thrilling contest.

The first ODI begins this Friday, and all eyes will be on whether India can assert dominance across formats.
