India’s beauty and fashion giant Nykaa has closed FY25 with a record Rs 15,600 crore GMV, expanding its omnichannel presence to 250 stores across 82 cities. Its hyperlocal delivery platform, ‘Nykaa Now’, has already fulfilled 1.3 million orders in just seven cities, offering deliveries in 30–120 minutes.
The beauty vertical alone contributed Rs 11,800 crore, growing fivefold over five years, while fashion reached Rs 3,800 crore. Nykaa now serves 34 million customers, fulfilling over 54 million omnichannel orders. The House of Nykaa portfolio, including Nykaa Cosmetics, Kay Beauty, and Dot & Key, has scaled eightfold to Rs 2,100 crore, with Kay Beauty debuting internationally at Space NK UK.
On the tech front, Nykaa is leveraging AI through Nykaa Muse, a personal stylist, and aiming for 50% AI-driven code generation this year. Its eB2B platform Superstore by Nykaa has served 280,000 retailers across 1,100 cities, mainly Tier II and smaller towns.
With revenue nearing Rs 8,000 crore and EBITDA margins improving to 6%, Nykaa combines rapid expansion with capital efficiency, having raised just $140 million in its journey. As India’s consumption story unfolds, Nykaa is poised to remain the ultimate beauty and fashion destination.
