A Bengaluru couple founded this venture after recognizing a recurring problem: many companies — especially those hiring for technical roles — lacked the resources to conduct consistent, expert interviews. Their original model connected domain experts to firms on demand, but over time they reimagined the process.
Today, their platform automates everything from resume screening and phone interviews to video interviews, scheduling, proctoring, and structured feedback — all within a single ecosystem. Using an AI engine, the system assigns interviewers, evaluates responses, generates feedback reports and manages the entire workflow with just minimal human oversight. This automation can speed up hiring by as much as 75 percent and cut costs by roughly 80 percent, while ensuring objective, data-driven hiring decisions.
Having started modestly, the startup has scaled impressively — now serving clients across multiple countries, and managing millions of interview minutes globally.
