Indian junior compound archery stars have stormed into three finals at the Asia Cup Stage 2 in Singapore, reinforcing India’s dominance in the continental circuit . Top seed Kushal Dalal secured his place in the men’s individual final after a strong 147–143 semifinal win over Bangladesh’s Himu Bachhar, earning at least silver. He had earlier topped qualifications with a stellar 714 points .

In the women’s individual compound event, Shanmukhi Budde and Tejal Salve, seeded first and second, respectively, both advanced with commanding semifinal victories - setting up an all-Indian final guarantee . Budde defeated Indonesia’s Yurike Nina Bonita Pereira 145–139, while Salve topped Malaysia’s Fatin Nurfatehah Mat Salleh with a 147–142 score .

Earlier, the junior team had created waves by breaking two world records - a women's team qualification mark of 2101 points, and a mixed team record of 1420 points by Budde and Dalal . With three finals in sight and new world benchmarks set, India’s junior archers are poised to add more medals to their impressive tally.
