In Hindu mysticism, Wednesday - or Budhwar - is ruled by the planet Budh (Mercury), the deity of intelligence, logic, and eloquence. But what many don't know is that this day is also deeply associated with Lord Krishna, who embodies charm, wit, and divine wisdom - all Mercurial traits.
Many devotees perform special pujas and fasts on Wednesdays to enhance clarity of thought, improve relationships, and gain success in communication or business. Green-colored offerings, like tulsi leaves or green moong dal, are considered auspicious. Worshipping Krishna on this day is believed to bring mental peace, sharpen intuition, and even balance karmic debts tied to speech or misunderstandings.
Spiritually, Wednesday is seen as a "mental cleansing" day. Yogis believe chanting mantras like "Om Namo Bhagavate Vasudevaya" or "Om Budhaya Namah" on Budhwar aligns you with higher intelligence and cosmic rhythm.
So next time Wednesday rolls in, don't just see it as midweek - see it as a portal to divine wisdom and inner harmony.
