zomato’s hyperpure takes a bold leap - now serving all food entrepreneurs!

Zomato parent Eternal has expanded its B2B grocery arm, Hyperpure, to serve every kind of food business in India - not just hotels and restaurants. This shift allows home bakers, caterers, street vendors, and small party suppliers to sign up easily using their phone numbers and access high-quality groceries at competitive rates.

Launched in 2018, Hyperpure has built a strong supply chain network and even started rapid grocery delivery for commercial kitchens. But the company is undergoing a major transition. After Blinkit shifted to an inventory-led model, Hyperpure stopped supplying groceries to its sellers, resulting in a 31% YoY revenue drop to ₹1,023 crore in Q2 FY26.

To strengthen operations, Hyperpure has leased a massive 2.5 lakh sq ft warehouse in Bhiwandi, adding to its nationwide network of 11 warehouses.

Even as Eternal’s overall revenue tripled to ₹13,590 crore this quarter, rising Blinkit costs pulled net profit down by 63% to ₹65 crore.
