This can create a cycle where people eat more to feel better, but their brain and body suffer in the long run.

 

The good news is that the brain can heal. Eating fresh, natural foods like fruits, vegetables, and whole grains can help restore brain function. Drinking water and getting enough sleep also improve brain health. Making small changes to avoid junk food can help the brain work better, leading to a healthier and happier life.
