OYO-owned DanCenter, a legacy European holiday-home platform, is set for aggressive expansion in India. Following the addition of 50 vacation homes in the first quarter of FY26, the brand plans to onboard another 200 by the end of the fiscal year, bringing its total to 250 new high-end properties. DanCenter’s growing portfolio includes luxury stays in Lonavala, Kufri, Ramgarh, Chennai, Mahabalipuram, Idukki, Jaipur, Bengaluru, and Delhi.
Initially launched in Goa in February 2025, DanCenter was acquired by OYO Vacation Homes in 2019 and has rapidly scaled globally. The upcoming expansion will target premium holiday home locations and venture into new states like Telangana and the North-East. OYO notes that the move responds to a rising demand for professionally managed luxury vacation rentals in India.
With this strategic buildup, DanCenter aims to replicate its European success and elevate the Indian vacation-home market. Guests can expect a curated blend of comfort, consistency, and premium service as the brand deepens its reach across diverse scenic destinations.
