In 2020, Akshat Taneja and Pavitra Balakrishnan were just two friends gaming on their PlayStation, dreaming of real racing. Frustrated by the lack of quality simulators in India, they decided to turn their hobby into a business. With an initial investment of just ₹50,000, Virtual Racing Hub (VRH) was born.
VRH now sells high-end racing simulators, from steering wheels and pedals to full VR setups, catering to enthusiasts, corporates, and training institutes. Their Delhi-based arcade and event rentals let people experience racing firsthand, bridging the gap between dreams and reality.
By combining product sales, experiential arcade sessions, corporate events, and professional training, VRH created multiple revenue streams, staying profitable from day one. With over 1,000 customers served, plans for e-learning, and international expansion underway, VRH proves that passion, timing, and smart execution can turn a simple hobby into a thriving startup.
