India, get ready for Bentley! Skoda VW just raised the stakes

Skoda Auto Volkswagen India Pvt Ltd (SAVWIPL) has added British luxury brand Bentley as its sixth marque, taking exclusive responsibility for importing, distributing, and servicing Bentley vehicles across India from July, 2025. The operations will be conducted through newly established Bentley India, with Abbey Thomas appointed as Brand Director.

SAVWIPL Managing Director Piyush Arora said Bentley's addition "completes the group's portfolio - from German engineering precision to British craftsmanship's timeless elegance." Executive Director Jan Bures highlighted the growing ultra-high net worth individual segment in India as a key market opportunity.

Bentley has operated in India's luxury car landscape for over two decades. The integration under SAVWIPL aims to sharpen market focus while ensuring world-class ownership standards.
