India Slams Pak's Civilian Death Claim: Why Wrap Terrorists in Flags?

India has called out Pakistan for falsely accusing it of killing civilians in military strikes, firmly stating the targets were terrorists, not innocents. The evidence? Flag-draped coffins and military honors.

Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri showcased images of Pakistani Army personnel attending funerals of the three individuals killed in Indian strikes. He questioned, “Since when do civilians get state funerals with military honors?”

India had launched “Operation Sindoor” in retaliation for the April 22 terror attack in Pahalgam that killed 26 civilians. Nine terror hubs were targeted with precision, according to the Indian government.

The three individuals-Qari Abdul Malik, Khalid, and Mudassir-were reportedly top operatives of a terror outfit and were taken out in Muridke, near Lahore. The funeral was attended by banned outfit JuD’s leaders and government officials.

Pakistan also accused India of attacking religious sites. Misri dismissed this, saying, “The only ones misusing religious spaces are in Pakistan-for radicalizing and training terrorists
