Experts say major projects like the airport, Film City, industrial clusters, and dedicated logistics hubs will boost economic activity. Investments by Global Capability Centres (GCCs) have increased demand for office spaces and residential real estate.
Developers like Gaurs Group have already launched large projects, with nearly 15,000 residents now living in Gaur Yamuna City. Major tech and multinational companies have also invested here, pushing land values up by 60–70% over the last three years.
According to experts, the Yamuna Expressway corridor is steadily shaping into a global city, making NCR a prime destination for long-term investments and sustainable growth.
