Micro-Cheating: The Subtle Acts That Can Harm Your Relationship!

In today's digital age, not all forms of cheating are obvious. One such subtle form is micro-cheating - small, seemingly harmless actions that can damage trust in a relationship over time. According to psychologist Rakhi Bikram, micro-cheating includes behaviors like hiding your relationship status, flirting with someone else, staying connected with an ex, or meeting someone secretly.

Other signs include frequently liking or commenting on someone's attractive photos, venting about your partner to someone you're attracted to, or sending and requesting personal photos from someone else. Even saving someone's name under a fake contact to hide conversations is considered deceptive.

While these actions may not seem like full-blown cheating, they can create emotional distance and mistrust. It's important to recognize these signs early and maintain open, honest communication with your partner. Small betrayals can lead to big breaks - so don't ignore the red flags.
