Staring at Screens All Day? This Simple Trick Can Save Your Vision!

Eyestrain is a common issue, especially with prolonged screen use, but it can often be managed with simple habits.

Follow the 20-20-20 rule: every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds. Adjust your screen position and brightness, and ensure your space has proper lighting to reduce glare.

Use artificial tears to combat dryness, and try to blink more often. Avoid dry environments by using a humidifier if needed. If you wear glasses or contacts, ensure they're suited for screen time - anti-reflective lenses can help.

When multitasking, use a document holder to limit eye movement. Lastly, get regular eye checkups. These small changes can go a long way in preventing digital eye strain and keeping your eyes healthy and comfortable throughout the day.
