No Metro Card? No Problem! Travel with Just Your Phone!

Imagine skipping long token queues and leaving your metro card behind without a second thought. The Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has made this a reality with Momentum 2.0 Delhi Sarthi, an app designed to make your daily commute smarter and stress-free.

At the heart of this app is its digital wallet feature, which replaces the need for a metro card. Unlike traditional cards that require a minimum balance of ₹50, the wallet lets you load money without restrictions and purchase tickets directly through the app. You can buy single-use or multi-trip QR tickets, scan your phone at the gates, and hop on your train—no card, no hassle.

Setting up the wallet is straightforward. Sign up with your mobile number, and fund your wallet using a debit card, credit card, or UPI. IHowever, keep in mind that once you purchase a ticket, it cannot be refunded, so plan your trips carefully.

Momentum 2.0 also acts as a travel guide, offering maps of the metro network, station locators, and train schedules. But it doesn’t stop there—it doubles as a lifestyle app, enabling you to book bike taxis, pay bills, and even recharge your phone.

Download the app and start traveling smarter today!
