Pankhudi ’26, organized by Aranya – The Nature and Environment Society of Zakir Husain Delhi College, turned into a vibrant celebration of sustainability and environmental awareness. Held on 1st April 2026, the event brought together students, faculty, and eco-conscious individuals for a day full of learning and meaningful engagement.
The fest featured an insightful panel discussion in the AV Room, where speakers addressed pressing environmental challenges and encouraged thoughtful conversations. Alongside this, the Karo Sambhav E-waste Awareness Program highlighted the importance of responsible disposal and recycling, making participants more aware of the growing e-waste problem.
One of the most engaging segments was the Compost Making Workshop in the Science Foyer, where students gained hands-on experience in converting waste into useful resources.
Overall, the event created an energetic and inspiring atmosphere, encouraging everyone to take small yet impactful steps towards a more sustainable future.
