The Green Drink Everyone Is Talking About?

Chlorophyll, the green pigment that helps plants make energy from sunlight, is gaining attention for its potential health benefits. Found naturally in foods like spinach, parsley, and wheatgrass, chlorophyll contains antioxidants, vitamins, and compounds that may support overall wellness. Many people also consume it as supplements in liquid, tablet, or powder form.

Researchers suggest chlorophyll may help with skin healing, detoxification, and weight management. Some small studies show that chlorophyll-based products may reduce inflammation, improve acne, and support healthier skin. It has also been explored for its role in reducing harmful toxins in the body and possibly lowering the risk of certain cancers, although more human research is needed.

Despite the hype, evidence remains limited. Some people may experience mild side effects like digestive discomfort or changes in stool color. Experts suggest getting chlorophyll naturally through green vegetables like spinach, parsley, and arugula, which also provide fiber and essential nutrients for better health.
