Train your Brain: Everyday routines that enhance Intelligence!

A set of daily habits that can help you become smarter over time. These practices, though small individually, compound into powerful mental advantages when followed consistently.

One foundational habit is reading every day, which broadens vocabulary, deepens understanding, and strengthens focus. Equally important is practicing critical thinking - questioning assumptions, analysing ideas, and reflecting before accepting them. To keep your mind agile, try learning something new regularly, whether a language, instrument, or hobby.

Other recommended habits include limiting screen time to prevent distraction and mental fatigue,  exercising regularly (which benefits memory and cognition), and keeping a journal to clarify thoughts and spark creativity. Don’t neglect sleep - adequate rest lets your brain consolidate learning. Finally, surrounding yourself with people smarter than you can expose you to new perspectives and knowledge.

Over time, these small habits can reshape your thinking, deepen insight, and help you become not just more knowledgeable - but truly smarter.
